Approach
I work with adults, adolescents (aged 14+) and couples. My own experiences, personal therapy, supervision and training influence how I work. Therapy can be short term or long term, according to need and budget.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and aim to work sensitively with any issues presented.
Professional Philosopy
Life can feel overwhelming, difficult and confusing at times. We don’t have to suffer in silence, or battle on alone. Exploring how it is to be ‘me’ in day to day life, reviewing our experiences and understanding our relationships, can help make sense of what’s going on inside.
My aim is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship which allows for greater understanding, hope for the future and some practical steps to take you there.
