Approach

I work with adults, adolescents (aged 14+) and supervisees. My own experiences, personal therapy, supervision and training influence how I work. Therapy can be short term or long term, according to need and budget. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and aim to work sensitively with any issues presented.

Professional Philosophy

Life can feel overwhelming, difficult and confusing at times. We can actively support our mental health through therapy. Exploring our experiences and understanding our relationships, can help make sense of what’s going on inside.
